The license for our applications does not allow you to transfer it to another person and you are not authorized to copy or to modify the application, a part of the application or our trademarks in any way according to usage rules established in a Section 9.b. Terms and the Conditions of the App Store of Apple. You are not authorized to extract the source code of the application and you do not either have to try to translate the application in other languages or to create a derived version.

The application itself as well as trademarks, copyright, rights of databases and other intellectual property rights which are bound to it always belong to Multireflex S.L. who makes a commitment to make the application as useful and effective as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to bring changes to the application by proposing updates.

If you fail in this limitation, you can be submitted to the cancellation of your license and the future collaborations.

These terms will govern any update supplied by the developer of the application which substitutes and will complete the original product, unless said updating comes along with a separate permission.

The application keeps and processes some personal data which you introduce to be able to create treatment notes. It up to you to assure the safety of your device and the access to the application.

You accept that Multireflex S.L., can use technical data and relative information by including but not limited to the technical information about the device and the software of the application which facilitate the creation of update versions, technical support and other services for you. The supplier of the application can use this information, always in a anonymous way, to improve his products and to supply you an improved service.

You accept that the application includes contents, information and material which is protected by intellectual property rights and other laws, by including but not limited to copyright and that you do not use these contents without permission. No part of the contents can be reproduced in any shape or by any system excepted through Pdf generated by the application. You agree not to use the contents to deceive, pursue, threaten, to slander or to break or to violate the rights of third parts and that Multireflex S.L. is not responsible about the use that you make, nor of threats, slanderous, offensive or illegal messages or transmissions which you can receive as a result of the use of our application.

To be able to use some of our applications on a Mac or a Pc you need FileMaker Pro which is not free (www.filemaker.com).

Filemaker Go is only free for iPad and iPhone.

You cannot distribute or make the application available through a network in which it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
